Starting something new—whether it's searching for a new job, planning an experience that brings people together, stepping into leadership, or rethinking how your organization supports its people—can feel overwhelming. You don't need to do it alone. It's people work! We shouldn't do it alone. So I'm glad you're taking that first step and thinking about how someone can help you.
I'm Michelle and I'm here to help!
I believe meaningful work happens when people and organizations work well together.
For more than 18 years, I've worked across learning and organizational development, employee experience, operations, and people leadership. I've designed leadership development programs, built onboarding experiences, facilitated workshops, improved organizational processes, planned employee and community experiences, and helped individuals recognize and communicate the value they bring to their work.
My experience spans public service, healthcare, financial services, startups, and retail. I've designed and launched an emerging leaders program, built an onboarding framework during a period of rapid organizational growth, supported enterprise performance management and mentoring programs, and led large teams and operations earlier in my career.
I also hold a Master of Social Work, which has shaped how I approach this work: start with people, listen well, understand the larger system, and build solutions with—not just for—the people they impact.
I don't pretend to have all the answers. What I do believe is that meaningful conversations lead to meaningful solutions. When people feel heard, challenged, and supported, they gain the clarity and confidence to move forward.
For individuals, that might mean having a second pair of human eyes on your resume, preparing for an important interview, or figuring out what you want from your next opportunity.
For schools, churches, nonprofits, small businesses, and community groups, it might mean turning an idea into an intentional, well-organized event or experience that brings people together.
And for organizations investing in their people, it might mean developing a new program, strengthening onboarding, developing leaders, improving the employee experience, or simply having a thought partner to help figure out what could work better.
My hope is simple: to help people connect to their work in more meaningful and impactful ways.
